Some of those I love, some I merely tolerate, some I've never tried, eggs I eat only in a mix (like cake), and beef is off my diet. Tho as indicated last December, I may cheat very rarely and unexpectedly.

Good list! Not much I'd disagree with though a few need to be quantified. Cooked olive oil isn't as healthy as uncooked for example. Something about the fatty acid chains changing.

Apparently broccoli has more useable omega 3 than fish oil! That is to say the type of omega 3 (long chain vs short chain) in broccoli is used by the body in a more useful way than fish oil omega 3, even though fish oil has 40x the concentration.
